Hello QBO Fam,
I am having issues with QBO and PayPal App pulled transactions that are coming in as Sale Receipts, I can no longer see or edit"details" when clicking the button to edit these transactions. All that happens is the Green loading Circle spinning and the details page never loads or shows up.
I was able to do this before but it seems something has broke in the last couple of months and now I am no longer able to edit any sales receipts in the "in review" status before entering these into QBC to reconcile.
Before any of the text book troubleshooting tips come, I have done them all.
Cleared Cache for Chrome, Firefox and Edge (same for all browsers)
PC, Laptop and business computers are Win10 and 100% up to date on all updates.
Tried on Mac Safari as well, still no joy.
I know I am not the only one seeing this, I have contacted QBO Support several times and have an open ticket on the issue.

I have contacted the care team 3 different times for a total of 3 hours and 41 minutes, I have an open ticket that was opened a week ago with no movement on it yet.
I am in a holding pattern since I cannot edit any of these transactions.

I called customer support about a hour before making this post, I made this post because there was no solution or update to the issue at hand and was hoping to gain more traction and awareness here as well.
I have no idea who created or developed the Paypal app for QBO if it was Intuit or a 3rd party but Intuit's name is listed as the provider and developer so one would think it would be a priority for the developers to try and get a fix going as I read the reviews and there are several other people seeing similar issues over the last couple of months.
Heh trust me I been doing my due diligence and check daily!
