Having problem with one of the two companies I have in quickbooks. This company has two active accounts. One is a Chase credit account and the other is a USBanks checking account. Downloading transactions has been fine until today. Chase works fine but when I try USbank in the "Downloaded Tansactions" pane, software presents Chase online banking credentials and will not allow me to switch to USBank credentials. When I tried to go through online banking setup i get stuck when I have to choose which USBank account to match. I am not presented the account number I need. All my other USBank accounts are listed except the one I would need. Ideas?
