Online Bill Pay Trial?

I just signed up for Online Bill Pay and received an email that says "Welcome to your 30-day trial of Bill Pay for QuickBooks Online."  What is this trial all about?  What is going to happen after this 30 day period expires?

Online Bill Pay Trial?

Hey there, @TomInAiken.

Allow me to share some insights about Online Bill Pay and give you options from there.

The Online Bill Pay feature allows you to pay your bills directly from QuickBooks.

Once you’re signed up to the trial, you’ll be given 30 days to test out the feature if it’s to your liking. Before the trial ends, you’ll then be notified about it and give you the time to think if you want to continuously use the feature.

Also, there’s no need to worry after the sign up because you won’t be charged for a monthly fee to use this feature. You’ll only be charged for every transaction that you make with Online Bill Pay.

There are two ways on how you can sign up after the trial ends. First is through the direct link or through the Bill Pay app in QuickBooks.

If you want to sign up using the direct link, here’s how:

  1. Open a new browser and enter this link on the URL box: https://qbo.intuit.com/login?pagereq=billcom_learnmore?cid=ipp_billcom_ipd_billpay_icare_co-us.
  2. Click on Get Started.

But if you wish to sign up through the app, please follow these steps:

  1. On the left panel, click on Apps.
  2. Search for the app.

Online Bill Pay Trial?

Thank you for the reply. I signed up for Online Bill Pay with the expectation there would be no monthly fee with the basic level. Which is fine since I really don't need the features available with the upgraded version.

When I received that "trial" email I had to wonder if what I was getting was the monthly charge variety. That email is a bit confusing and maybe something your development team should address.
