The Trial Balance is not as optimized as the Chart Of Accounts, which shows the list of accounts in a hierarchical fashion. I understand that seeing them that way makes it easier for users to identify the sub-accounts. I encourage you to submit feedback to our product development team so they can make a change in future updates.
- Click on the Gear icon.
- Choose Feedback.
- Enter a sentence to describe your suggestion and click Next.
On the other hand, you can also do some customizations to filter the data you only need.
