Pay Pal bank feeds

My client Paypal transactions come through as sales receipts which is appropriate.  Default account is undeposited funds. OK. Yet the sales receipt is only categorizing pay pal fee and sales tax if any but not the account.  So I have been changing transaction type to "Deposit" the category automatically is uncategorized income.  I have gotten to the habit of going to details to adjust the transaction.  Last month when doing this I would put n the correct Payee before going to details to adjust category.  But now When I do this and open details the name I entered in payee is blank and I have to reenter in each line on this transaction.  The paypal flow is really time consuming especially when a client has may transactions to go through.  I also have to go to my clients paypal to see the what the expenses are as that does not even come through anymore since last year.  This is not time saving.
