To move a payment deposit into the correct bank account. You can transfer funds between correct accounts by following these steps:
- Select + New. Pick Transfer.
- From the Transfer Funds From the dropdown list, choose the bank account that the money is coming from.
- In the Transfer Funds To dropdown list, choose the bank account that the money is going to. Into the Transfer Amount field, enter the amount being transferred.
- Edit the Date field. Retype a description of the transfer in the Memo field. Click Save and Close or Save and New to complete the transfer. Select Yes if you double-checked the date.
