I'm here to help you get back to track to upload the credit card charges from your bank to the QuickBooks Banking feeds.
Some banks uploaded charges or fees as a whole, others do it separately. With this, I'd suggest checking with your bank how they handle fees or charges in bank feeds. For now, we will perform troubleshooting steps to check if this needs to be updated manually in QuickBooks to make the charges show. Here's how:
Go to the Transactions menu, and select Banking.
Click the Update button.
This is done, to refresh the connections from your bank to QuickBooks to get the updated and missing transactions.
However, if the charges or fees aren't still uploaded, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have the proper tools like screen-sharing to verify what's causing the issue.

Go to the ? Help button.
Choose Talk to human.
Input your concern in the chat box such as, "American Express is not uploading charges to my QBO even after I update it manually."
Click the I still need a human button.
