I have been trying to change my QB payroll bank account for 2 months. There are always pending transactions - there is one now for April 28. I have been working with customer support for hours and still not able to change it. Is there any option except to cancel my payroll subscription?
Hello there, Bethf. I wouldn't like you to be in that kind of situation.
You should be able to change or update your payroll bank account. Since you've been working on this for almost two months and nothing works, I'd recommend contacting our support team to further investigate this one. I can see you contacted them already, but your account will need to pull up in a secure environment to look at this issue in depth.
Within your QBO account, go to Help at the upper-right corner.
In the Search tab, click Contact us.
You'll be asked to enter a brief description of your concern.
Select Chat with us , Have us call you, or Call us.
Also, since there are pending transactions, it could be that there's something from your bank that they're currently working on. Thanks for checking. No, the issue has not been resolved. I have been on calls with customer service and user operations for over 4 hours so far. When I try to change my bank account, it still says there are pending transactions. User operations is not able to find the transactions in order to delete them. I sent a change for ACH form and a letter assuming all liability for non payment if transactions get deleted. It is now 6 days before I have to run my payroll. I have tried unsubscribing from payroll and resubscribing. That doesn't work. The support people have been superb but have not been able to resolve my issue.
