There are different reasons why reconciled transactions show up as unreconciled, PQ1. Let me share more insights and troubleshooting steps to determine why.
To begin with, check the 20 entries to see if someone undid the last reconciliation. Here's how:
- Go to Settings ⚙ and click Audit log under TOOLS column.
- Enter the appropriate User, Date, or Events filter to narrow the results.
- Select the recent reconciliation and click View.

You can also manually mark those transactions as "R." However, if your books are already closed, I recommend consulting your accountant before manually reconciling those entries.
- Navigate Transactions and then Chart of accounts.
- Choose the account and select View register.
- Find the transaction and select it to expand the view.
- Enter "R" in the checkmark column.
- Select Save.
