printing of deposit slip summary to only 16 checks at a time. How to change to allow more checks.

My 2021 Quickbooks desktop just started limiting my bank deposits to only 16 checks at a time for printing the deposit summary. We make physical deposit into the bank weekly from our church offerings and do not use bank feeds. When we make the deposit in Quickbooks, the total deposit is recorded, but we are unable to print the summary since QB  pops up a warning that only 16 checks can fit on the deposit slip (which is not true, nor do we use any computer generated deposit slip for our bank).  Being a church, we did a paper trail for the trustees to verify the total deposit made without totaling 3-8 Quickbooks generated deposit summaries to the actual deposit receipt provided by the bank when we deposit the monies.

Welcome to the Community space, @Crossrbc.

I understand the importance of accurately reflecting your church offerings and the need to streamline the deposit process. Let me share insights and help you with this matter.

I tried printing the deposit slip summary on my end and was able to include more than 16 checks. Since this is not the case on your end, let's make sure to update your QuickBooks to the latest release so you have the most recent fixes and security updates.

Then, download the QuickBooks Tool Hub to help fix common errors. Here's how:

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. We recommend you download the most recent version (1.6.0.3) of the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it (like your Downloads folder or your Windows desktop).
  3. Note: If you've already installed Tool Hub before, you can find out which version you have.
    1. Select the Home tab.
    2. Select About/What's New to view the version.
  4. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe).
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  6. Once done, double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
