Problems with changing direct deposit

Hello:  I have been on the phone with Assisted Payroll for no less than 10hours since the beginning of August trying to update my bank account for direct deposit.  Nothing works.  Finally the spinning wheel went away and when i click edit, a message comes up that i have been emailed instructions on how to fix it but i never received the email.  I need some high level support.  can you help.

Problems with changing direct deposit

You can check your email folders and see if the email was there, @PCO1. As you joined the thread, I know you're concerned about updating your bank account for direct deposit. Let me give you advice on this matter.

I recommend checking the folders in your email as Spam or Junk and check if the email was there. If none, I suggest getting in touch with our support team again. They will extend their assistance again and aid you step by step in achieving your goal. Here's a guide to reach them:

  1. In your QuickBooks, click the Help and hit QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  2. Pick Contact Us, have a description of your matter, and tap Continue.
  3. Sign in to your Intuit account. We'll email a code, then enter it and tick Continue.
  4. Decide either Chat with us or Have us call you.
