This is popping up every time I go in my bank feeds. It has been happening for over a year, nothing is wrong.
How do I delete this or stop this from popping up?

I'm here to help you get rid of the pop-up message that you receive on your bank feed, @sbo.
The message that you received usually occurs if there was a connection interruption (system crash, power outage, firewall problem, damaged online vendor payee, or a bill payment partially received by the bank) in the last online banking session.
There are a couple of steps that we need to perform to fix this matter. Before doing so, please contact your financial institution first to avoid accidental re-process of previously-sent payments or missed payments. Verify the status of the last transactions sent and the ones that remain in the queue.
After that, let's try to switch the bank mode to register (classic mode) to successfully clear the transaction.
Here's how:
Register or Classic mode:
Side-by-Side or Express mode:
If doing this doesn't make a difference, you may perform the additional troubleshooting fund in this link: Error OL-200, OL-202, OL-206, or OL-226: Your last online connection was not completed.
Please keep me posted on how things turn out. I'll make sure you're all set. Have a lovely day!

Sorry for the delay - I just had a chance to try to remedy this issue. I forgot to mention that we do not use this bank/institution for several years now, so I'm not sure how they can help stop the connection? Does that matter and do I need to still contact the bank for these very old accounts that they no longer service?
Hi Betty - My apologies for the delay in response.
I completely forgot to mention that the old bank feeds that are not completing a connection are really old account through a bank that is no longer used for these businesses. So we switched banks and the accounts we use with the current bank are always at the bottom of the bank feed selection to the left of the screen under the older accounts that appear (hope that makes sense), and I am having trouble deleting these old bank feeds because it says that my connection isn't completed so I cannot edit or delete.
Betty - thank you - one of the links you sent me helped. Since we no longer are with the bank, it was a matter of pressing the crtrl key and then clicking "ok". Then deactivating the account from bank feeds. It was a very easy fix.
You were extremely helpful.
