I'm glad that you've reached out to us, @usertswinney.
I'll see to it that you're able to download your banking transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Once you connect a bank account to online banking, the program will automatically download your transactions every night. If you're unable to view your latest transactions, you can refresh the connection to see them on the Banking page. Here's how:
- Go to the Banking tab.
- Select Update.
- If asked, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Then select Continue update.
If you ever see issues or errors after updating, here's how to fix your online bank connections.
If you haven't seen any error messages and still getting the issue, let's try accessing your account in a private window and update it again. This way, we can check if it's browser-related and fix it. Simply press the following shortcut keys:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
- Control + Option + P (Safari).
Once you're transactions show in the For review tab, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache or try using a different supported browser. It could be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.
Then, check out this article on how to review them in QuickBooks: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QBO.
