LIMITED TIME 90% OFF QuickBooks for 3 months*
Buy nowI just transitioned from QB Self-Employed to QB Solopreneur, and I can not customize my dashboard to include my Bank Account information (balances), or anything else. Not much there...
1. I have connected my Bank Account, and it shows my bank account is linked, and shows balances under the Settings tab, but NOT ON THE DASHBOARD.
2. The CUSTOMIZE button on the dashboard is grayed out. (see screenshot). How can I display my bank account balances on my dashboard? This is essential information to see on a simple-to-view dashboard.
I have tried the following with no success.
- Cleared Cache & Cookies
- Tried in Private Incognito window)
- Tried in 3 browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) on MacOS
How can I customize my dashboard, including adding my bank account balances?
