QBO Download information from Financial Institutions
Hello - I would like to have instructions from each major Bank (Chase, BOA, WF, Citi, US, PNC, etc...) on how to download transactions that are compatible with Quickbooks so I can make potential client's lives much easier. Are there any resources currently available within Quickbooks or that any member has already put together?
There is really no specific instructions per bank. They all generally come in the same way. I wrote a blog post that has some good links from my colleague @ParkwayInc. His articles explain QBO bank rules in great detail and even provides you with a template for rules. It is part of my blog this week. You can access it here. It also has a link to an older post I did on how I maximize bank rules with my customers.
