Quickbooks can’t access Lowe’s Commercial account banking feed @ onlinecreditcenter6.com, this is an outdated address. Correct address: https://lowes.syf.com/commercial/

Hi there, caseysherrill.

Aside from not being able to download all transactions, can you also tell us if you are getting an error message in the Online Banking section?

In the meantime, I would like to share some steps to troubleshoot a potential browser-related problem that might have prevented the system to download all transactions from Lowe's bank . Excessive cache and other browser-related issues can sometimes cause errors while working in the program.

To begin, log in to your account using an incognito or private browsing session. This will ensure that your browser does not retain outdated data from previous sessions.

Here are some steps you can follow:

  1. Open your browser and click on the three dots in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select "New Incognito Window" or "New Private Window" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Log in to your QBO account in the new window.

Alternatively, you can switch to other browsers and log in to your account using them. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge are all compatible with QBO.

After that, click the Update button in the upper-right hand corner of your Online Banking page. Then, return to your original browser and perform a cache clearing if all transactions are being brought in. For guidance, please refer to the following article: Clear Cache and Cookies to Fix Issues When Using QuickBooks Online

Additional options are also shared here: What To Do If You Get a Bank Error or Can't Download Transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I removed Lowes from the online downloading.  I now manually enter all the transactions and reconcile.

Now I am getting the same notice regarding another Credit card  with Chase Bank.

What is the point of an online program that cost over $100 per month if I have to manually enter all my data.  Intuit does not seem interested in fixing the issue.  Those online keep telling us we are doing something wrong.  You are pushing us away from a desktop version onto this claiming it will save us time and in the end money.  It's only cost me more money and hasn't saved me much time.

When will you care enough to fix these issues.  I am stuck and you know it.

This has been an issue for almost a year now.  Why is it on the end user to fix an internal issue with the company charging us so much to use software that continually is not doing what we need it too.  If my accountant gave me another option tomorrow I would be saying goodbye to Intuit and quickbooks.  I have had it.  It's all about the monthly fee's and getting us to pay more and more every month for software that works less and less.  Fix your internal issues and let us know when you have.  I now have 2 credit cards showing the same problem.  I now need to manually input information that should be able to download at the push of a button.

I hear your sentiments, @usmarine1975.

Since you've been unable to link your Chase credit card to QuickBooks Online (QBO) for over a year already, I suggest reaching out to our customer support team. They are equipped with the necessary tools to determine the root cause of the issue and initiate an investigation if necessary. To do that:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Describe your concern and select Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.

Furthermore, it's recommended to reconcile your accounts on a monthly basis to ensure they match your credit card statement.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we're working on a resolution. Please don't hesitate to return to this thread if you need additional guidance connecting your credit card accounts in QBO. I'm always available to assist. Stay safe.

So I looked up link a provider issues on the community board, and I'm disappointed to come across this issue with the lowes credit card.

I'm having the same issue with the PNC business cards, that are not pointing to the correct website address.  I have put in multiple requests, have spent hours on the phone, have many advance subscriptions, i'm paying $250 a month in all my subscriptions, yet my issue is still not being addressed.

Please can you link pnc account view to the following address:  https://pnc.fdecs.com/eCustService/

It is currently pointing to online banking.

yes i understand manual transport of transactions is your solutions, I do not pay a subscription fee for QBO (not your outdated system desktop) so that i have to manually transport my transactions. I hope you can understand that on your corporate side.
