Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about the broken iOS app where you're unable to reconcile or check the balances. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.

They have offered no resolution. I am unable to use a web browser due to vision problems. Yo woujd think QuickBooks would at least try to follow ADA laws. They are opening themselves for a lawsuit if they do not fix app. I only have phone and had it setup by accountants I had to pay so I could do these part myself. Now I can’t even see my bank balances. All I get is ridiculed for not being able to see the browser on my phone. Try it yourself and you will see. It’s completely different than I was taught with the app, and you can’t zoom or read anything.
PLEASE HELP ME! Intuit will not. They said it will be fixed and now say they have decided not to fix it EVER.
