I can help update your online banking password in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, @TrendyGroup.
You'll have to remove the saved password that you entered in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac previously. In that manner, you'll have an option to enter your new password.
Let me show you how:
- On your desktop, double-click the Macintosh HD icon.
- Go to Application to select Utilities.
- From there, tap on the Keychain Access.
- Find your online banking password and choose Delete.
- Close and reopen the company file.
- Go to Download transaction and pick Download all.
- When you’re given the option to enter your password, enter the new one.
- QuickBooks will connect to your bank and download transactions.
Next, reset the Keychain Access password to save your current American Express password. Please follow these steps:
- Double-click the Mac HD icon on your desktop.
- Pick the Application folder and choose Utilities.
- Open the Keychain Access option to select Edit.
- Pick Change Password for Keychain login.
- Type your current Keychain password in the top box.
- Enter your new password in the 2nd box and 3rd box.
- Click OK to save the changes.
