Buy nowI had this issue with QB for Mac 2019 and was hoping it was fixed for 2022. I reinstalled the software so many times that I think I wore a hole in my hard drive in that location (joking but I did reinstall it almost every single time I tried to reconcile). This is completely unacceptable. Does anyone have suggestions? The unlimited support from QB is closed today and I can't even request a callback. Wonderful, wonderful customer service...
Hi sumtotal,
Frequent crashes often indicate that a computer does not meet system requirements, a firewall or antivirus software is blocking QuickBooks, or there is an issue with QuickBooks. Let me help you out.
Aside from reinstalling QuickBooks, I suggest checking the system requirements as well. If your computer meets or exceeds them, please contact our QB Support on Monday so this will be checked further. They can use more tools to gather more information to investigate this behavior.

QB 2022 now just crashes upon opening. I CANNOT EVEN GET INTO THE SYSTEM TO LOOK AT AN OLD REPORT!!! I verified that my system was updated before I purchased the software. I tried doing what you said (i.e. to request a callback) but there is NO WAY to click the callback unless you are actually in the callback hours. Terrible customer service, as usual. I'm completely disgusted with Intuit and QB at this point. Help in the program refers to the 2016 version so there was no attempt to even update that information.
I was able to resolve this issue with the help of a QB team member. It was a data file problem. We had to rebuild it several times in order to resolve the problem.
