Quickbooks Payments, visa, m/c, quickbooks payments are not getting automatically added to a deposit transaction. Help I have 221 transactions just sitting there

Hi there, @maid2pleaseinc.

Can you help us determine the area where you can see the 211 undeposited transactions?

In case you're referring to the downloaded transactions in the Banking page, then you'll have to manually categorize them. This way, they'll be added to your correct accounts and cleared them. Once you connect your bank and credit card accounts QuickBooks automatically downloads the latest transactions.

The system looks for and tries to match them with transactions you've already entered into QuickBooks. If it can't find a match, it creates a new transaction record for you. All you have to do is approve the match or newly created transaction.

Here's how to review and categorize downloaded transactions:

  1. Go to the Bookkeeping menu and select Transactions
  2. Click Bank transactions (Take me there), or go to Banking (Take me there).
  3. Select the tile for the account you want to review.
  4. Click the For review tab to start your review.

For each, you have the option to match, add, or view multiple matches. Follow the steps in this article to know more about the process: How to review downloaded bank and credit card transactions and put them in the correct accounts.

If you're referring to the Merchant Service Center where you can find the deposits, let's refresh your browser to show your daily deposits.

If you're still getting the same result, try opening Merchant Service Center in a private window. This way, we can check if the issue is cache related and fix the error. Simply press the following shortcut keys to access this mode:

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If the deposits show up in the Activities & Reports from the Merchant Service Center homepage, go back to your regular and clear its cache. If the same things happen, use another supported browser instead.

If the issue persists, contact our QuickBooks Payments Team. They can check your account and help you clear the undeposited transactions.

To check when QuickBooks deposits customer payments into your bank account, you can check out this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

Please let me know if you're referring to something else. I want to make sure you're able successfully deposits these transactions to the correct accounts and finish your task. Just add your reply and I'll help you out. Have a good one.
