On one of my bank accounts the column balance does not agree with the ending balance at the bottom right of the account page. Just started since I downloaded the software to a newer desktop. All other accounts work properly.
This forum really isn't for Quicken.
Is it possible your register was re-sorted in other than date sort order? In QuickBooks, you can see the sort order at the bottom of the register on the left side. Not sure for Quicken.
I see you want to resolve unmatched balances in your account, @RDR5.
Do you presently use Quicken? If so, I advise reaching out to them. They're able to investigate the cause of the issue and offer you the most effective fix.
On the other hand, if you use QuickBooks Desktop, I suggest looking through your bank statement and comparing it with QuickBooks. Then, you can manually upload the missing transactions. See this guide for the detailed steps: Download bank feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop.
