I am on hold with QB, just said they are aware of the Bank Letter alert and are working to resolve the issue.
I received the same alert this morning. Since this message came from within Quickbooks I too am concerned if this is a Quickbooks system error or if their system has been hacked! My Quickbooks Pro desktop has also been randomly shutting down over the last several weeks. Hopefully they will have a resolution to this alert and notify us immediately!

I received a very suspicious email saying that my client's bank account connection is not working.
The email appears to be from Intuit/quickbooks. The email gives the instructions of what to do. I will not do anything until I speak to Intuit . I have been in hold for 1 hour and 51 minutes.
