Thanks for choosing QuickBooks product, @kcots17. I can provide steps to access the previous year's bank info in QuickBooks Solopreneur.
When you link your bank account to QuickBooks, the system downloads up to the last 90 days of bank transactions. However, transaction history still depends on your specific bank institution.
To access transactions older than that, log in to your bank's website and download your previous year's transactions through a CSV file.
Once done, we can proceed with manually uploading them into QuickBooks:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Sollopreneur account.
- Go to the Transactions tab and select Bank Transactions.
- On the New Transactions dropdown, select Upload Bank Statement.
- Follow the on-screen steps to proceed.
I'll attach this article about manually uploading bank transactions into QuickBooks. Although it's from a different QuickBooks product, the same principles apply: Upload transactions manually.
Additionally, I've added this article as a reference to learn how to review downloaded transactions to put them in the correct categories: Categorize bank transactions in QuickBooks Solopreneur.
Let me know if you have more questions about accessing older bank info. Have a wonderful day.
