My business frequently has bank deposits from the same vendor, in the same amount, on the same day. When I import the bank feed, QB re-imports the transactions that were previously matched.

Before digging further into this issue, can you provide me with the bank's name? I'll be able to review open investigations on our end to see if there's one similar to your problem.
In the meantime, you can remove those transactions if need be by doing the following steps listed in this guide.

Thank you. The name of the bank is Bank Midwest. We have been deleting the transactions as shown in the link, but they reappear the following day.

Currently, there are no issues reported yet about Bank Midwest suddenly reimports transactions that were matched previously. In this case, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support team. They have tools to pull up your account in a secure environment to check what's causing this hurdle.
In addition, you can avoid the duplication or reappearance of previously downloaded transactions. Ensure setting the last transaction date flag and delete the full statement using the classic mode view in the future.
