One of the reasons why some of the entries are missing is due to Filters. To isolate the issue, let's go to the Transactions page and set the date period to All option.
Here's how:
If transactions are still missing, I recommend downloading a copy of these transactions from the bank again using a CSV file. Then, import it to QuickBooks.
Before importing data, make sure the file is one of the accepted formats.
Once verified, see the below steps:

Thanks for the quick reply.
Unfortunately, even with filters set to "all," the transactions for all of my Wells Fargo accounts are missing from April 12, 2019-July 12, 2019.
I also tried to download them, but there is no .CSV option available through Wells Fargo, as shown in this screenshot:
I selected the QB web connect option and they were rejected when I attempted to upload them.
Surely, there's a simpler way to do this?
Thank you.
I'm here to ensure that we get your transactions to be downloaded and imported, kate40.
I do appreciate the screenshot and it helped me in sorting things out with you.
A comma-separated values (CSV) file is a delimited text file. You can select the Comma Delimited option to download your transactions and upload it to QuickBooks. Once they've been uploaded you can open the spreadsheet and see if the file format is CSV, if not select CSV as the file type. Then, Save it.
Now you're ready to import them into QuickBooks.
When you're done, review and categorize your transactions to put them in your accounts. Just click Transactions from the left menu.
Let me know how this works. I'm always here to help you if you need anything else. You take care always and have a great day!
