Connecting your bank account in QBO allows the program to download your latest transactions automatically. Doing so saves time in updating your bank feeds. To do that:
- Go to Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
- Click Link Account.
- Search your bank's name or enter the URL, then select the bank.
- Enter your sign-in information and click Continue.
- Select the account you want to connect and the date to pull transactions from. Then, Next.
- Choose the Account Type and click Next.
