I just signed up with the app. I synced my banking in. The balances are correct but the QuickBooks balances on each account are WAAAY off. Anybody know what’s up or can instruct me on what I may be doing wrong?
When you first connect a bank account up to 90 days of transactions are downloaded into your bank feed, and often times an "opening balance equity" amount is automatically added to the bank register. You will need to upload via an Excel csv file any missing transactions and delete any "opening balance equity" entry that was made when you first connected your bank account. The transactions in the bank feed will need to be matched and/or added to the bank register until you can reconcile the bank balance with the QBO register balance.
