Buy nowHi,
My QBO used to nicely automatically import all the invoices/screenshots of invoices attached to the bank transactions, but for some reason, it stopped doing so.
I tried to reconnect/reconfigure the bank, but it did not solve the problem.
Any ideas?
Thanks
QuickBooks Online depends on the data your bank allows to import, @juno8ken.
Since automatic importing of your invoices that are attached to bank transactions stopped, I recommend going to your bank website and checking for any updates about importing to QuickBooks Online.
If there are none, it's a good idea to check for issues brought on by a full cache when browsing anonymously because doing so prevents the cache from recording your browsing data. You may also try to use other browsers.
If the steps above will not work, you can use supported browsers as an alternative.
For future reference, you can read this article about categorizing transactions in QuickBooks Online: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Thanks for your reply.
This is not a localized issue affected by the browser/cache on my pc.
Our employees who use the company credit card upload a photo of the bills. Up until April this year, QBO used to import those credit card transactions for categorization/match including the attached bills from the bank.
Now, from May onwards, we continue to see the correct card transactions for reconciliation, but none of the attached bills are imported from the bank.
I hope I am clear on the issue.
Thanks.
Thank you for clarifying your concern about your transactions not having bills attached, @juno8ken. Allow me to explain the process for resolving this issue.
To begin with, please know that QuickBooks Online retrieves data based on the information provided by your bank. Since your transactions come from your bank, I suggest checking for any notifications or contacting your bank institution to see if they made changes about uploading credit card transactions with bill attachments.
In the meantime, please check out this article to learn how to reconcile your account: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
