Bank Feed in QuickBooks Online

Welcome to the Community, @JN33. I'm here to find a resolution for your bank's issue. Rest assured, I'll help you connect your bank account so it'll be visible to bank feeds.

It's possible that you already added a bank account to your chart of accounts but didn’t connect it to QuickBooks. That's why it won't appear in the bank feeds.

Let me help get the bank feeds working for you. To do this, let's perform the following steps:

  1. Select Accounting. Then select Chart of Accounts.
  2. Find the account you want to connect to.
  3. In the Action column, select the View register ▼ dropdown. Then select Connect bank.
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to connect your bank to QuickBooks.

You can follow step 5 onwards in connecting a bank or credit card account from this link. It also includes how to download and categorize transactions.

If the steps above don't make any difference, I would recommend reaching out to your bank to verify if they're undergoing system maintenance. This can prevent you from connecting your account to QBO.

In addition, to learn more about QuickBooks Online (QBO) banking and banking feeds, you may check out this article.

Once done, you canreconcile your account. This way, we can ensure that your books are accurate.

Please know that you can always reach out to me if you have additional banking concerns. I'd be more than willing to help you.
