Upon Checking in the overview the American express is connected but in the link account, it is not there. What could I do so that it will also appear in the link account and bank feeds?
Good morning, @Lhorie27.
It's great to see you back in the Community. Let's work together to get this problem resolved.
Trying a few troubleshooting steps would be the best route until we narrow down the issue. Using a private browser or incognito window to assist with removing any errors or glitches that may be occurring in the system. Here's how depending on your browser session:
It's that easy! If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. If not, I suggest using another browser.

Hi @Candice C,
I've tried different browsers but still the same result. Is there any other way, or does it need to disconnect and reconnect again in Quickbooks?
I appreciate you for following the solution provided by my peer and letting us know the result, Lhorie27.
This isn’t the kind of experience I want you to have when using the Online Banking feature. Let me help and provide some information why your American Express account doesn’t show as a linked account in the bank feeds.
Users have reported that the above-mentioned account is not visible on the Banking page, despite the fact that it is already connected to online banking. This issue is being worked on by our product engineers with utmost urgency.
Our engineers are all hands on deck working to fix this issue as soon as possible. This is to ensure users can see their American Express account connected to online banking.
I recommend you get in touch with our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team, so you can sign up to the list of affected users. You’ll receive email updates once there’s progress in the investigation. Thus, it saves time and lets you perform other tasks.
To get the support information:
To fetch the latest entries, you may want to manually upload them into QBO. This way, you can track all your American Express data.
Once the issue is resolved, transactions will automatically download into your company. To prevent duplication, use the Exclude feature to remove the ones you don’t want to keep.
I’ve included some links to get help with your future tasks. These articles will walk you through the process of classifying downloaded entries to the correct category and match them to the existing transactions in QBO. You’ll also learn how to troubleshoot bank feeds errors, and find missing online banking data.
These resources should get you on the right track in managing your account as well as transactions.
Feel free to leave a comment below if you have other banking concerns or questions about QuickBooks. I’ll get back to make sure this is taken care of for you, @Lhorie27.
