We have not received similar reports about statements that are attached to the wrong reconciliation, @gigportal.
In the meantime, I recommend removing the incorrect PDF attached to the most recent reconciliation and attaching it again to the correct one.
Here's how to remove the attachment:
- From the left menu, hover your mouse over More and choose Accounting.
- Select Reconcile.
- Click on the attachment you want to remove.
- Hit the Trash bin icon.
You might want to explore working with QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted services. They can offer guidance in attaching statement to reconciliation within QuickBooks Online.
