Hello,
I am Daren, here are my questions.
1. I could not integrate eBay and PayPal as there is no visible selection for Find Apps tab after I click the App tab button. I am currently using the 1month free trial. Do I have to pay first for a demo on eBay and PayPal integration ?
2. After I subscribe, is the charges be applied to me on monthly basis or yearly basis ?
Please advise.
Thanks
Daren Ong
Thanks for joining this thread, Daren.
You can see and get all the supported third-party applications listed on the Apps tab even if you're on the trial version. You can use the search bar to search by name or category or through the Browser category drop-down.
If you still can't see them, let's perform some troubleshooting steps. Let's start by using an incognito window and search apps from there. Here are the shortcut keys:
Also, let's clear the cache since it causes issues in QuickBooks Online. Updating the browser also helps in fixing common errors or use a different one.
In addition, the default is the monthly plan. Although, you can switch to annual or monthly billing for QuickBooks Online.
I'll be here if you have more questions. Keep your posts coming.
If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 3 months. If you purchase from the Trial account, you have to pay the regular rate.

Regarding the connectors, you may explore the apps as I mentioned earlier in your trial account if required.
I can’t find any app section
I'll walk you through where you can find the Apps section, @Ashi homes and gardens.
You'll have to log in as the Admin in your QuickBooks account. You'll see a sidebar menu on the left. Just scroll down to find the Apps section.
Here's how it looks like:

Hi there, Nanette4.
Thank you for visiting again the QuickBooks Community. I'll share information on how importing sales transactions works in QuickBooks Desktop. Then, to ensure you're able to achieve this one so you can start managing your eBay and Paypal data with our accounting software.
There's no option into QuickBooks Desktop to directly import the sales from eBay to the QBDT. However, similar to QuickBooks Online, there are other programs to which you may connect to import your eBay transactions. In addition, by heading to MarketPlace to manage your sales records, you may simply link your eBay to QuickBooks Desktop.
You can visit this link to see your third-party application and follow the prompt steps to continue with the integration: Apps for QuickBooks Desktop. You'll probably be asked to log in to your eBay account and map the required fields. Then, you can contact eBay Support Team if you have additional queries with the process.
On the other hand, to begin importing your sales transactions from Paypal to QBDT, you'll have to use the Intuit Interchange Format (IIF) files. To see additional details and how to perform the process, you can open this article: Tasks you can do with IIF files.
Lastly, you may refer to this article to view different details on how QuickBooks generates different reports to display data from your company file so you're able to see your profit and loss: Understand reports.
I'm just one post away if you need further assistance in importing data or any QuickBooks-related concern. I'll be here to ensure your success. You have a good one.
Explore one of the apps I mentioned earlier. You can reconcile PayPal and eBay transactions into your QB Desktop file.
