Welcome to the Community, Wanda. I'm here to assist you with your bank reconciliation in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To answer your question, it's only possible to manually undo or remove transactions from a reconciliation.
Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then Chart of accounts.
- Click the View register of your bank.
- To help you focus on this task, filter the date to only include the entire month of transactions.
- If the transaction is reconciled, you’ll see an “R” in the checkmark column.
- Select the transaction to expand the view.
- In the checkmark column, select the box with the “R” until the box is blank. This removes the transaction from the reconciliation.
- Select Save.
I also added a screenshot for your visual reference.
