Hello there, loveless.

Thanks for taking checking in with us. Let's get this taken care of for you.

In QuickBooks Self-Employed, there isn't an option to reconcile transactions. If you wish to correct it, you may want to delete the imported file and re-import the corrected one.

I'd be delighted to walk you through the steps on how to do it below:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under transactions, click Imports
  3. Select the account where you imported the CVS file and click Import older transactions.
  4. Select Import.

I've attached a screenshot for a better view.

To learn more about importing files, feel free to check out this article: Import transactions from other sources.

Just in case you encounter problems while importing, here's an article that you can refer: Self-Employed Import, export, and conversion limitations.

This should help you correct an entire reconciliation. Please let me know if there's anything else you'd like to know more about QuickBooks Self-Employed and I'll be sure to share additional information. You have a great day ahead.
