Buy nowNo one ever responded to my post asking about the update that was promised on Jan 18???
And the only response to other posts is that QB is aware of this problem and that we should just manually input transactions ?

In the meantime, you can manually input your bank transactions to have them available to your QuickBooks account. This will ensure that all of your financial records remain up-to-date and accurate while we resolve any connectivity issues with your bank.
However, it is important to note that after the issue is resolved and the connection between your bank and QuickBooks is restored, there may be a risk of transaction duplication. This can occur if you have manually entered any bank transactions into QuickBooks during the period when the connection was down. To prevent reconciliation discrepancies, you'll have to manually exclude those duplicate transactions.
For your future reference, you may want to categorize your bank transactions to keep your financial records organized. This will ensure that all of your financial records remain up-to-date and accurate while we resolve any connectivity issues with your bank.

Why can't you just post the updates publicly to this thread, where every affected user can see what the status of the fix is?
I was waiting watching this thread for the update that was promised on the 18th, but instead of any new information on how quickbooks is supposed to AUTOMATICALLY sync my bank transactions, I'm seeing no news of a fix and to just manually enter transactions into the system- the exact reason that I use quickbooks to avoid having to do.
I have no way of knowing if this is a system-wide fix, or if it is being rolled out gradually, but when I attempted to sync all my accounts today, I was prompted to re-enter my ML credentials and it now appears to be working. I had 2 transactions automatically downloaded from 12/31 that were duplicates of the ones I manually downloaded. Hopefully, this means it will work as expected going forward.
