Buy nowI have been unable to connect to any of my bank accounts for about a week. I have disconnected accounts and tried to reconnect. Is there an issue with Quickbooks?
I appreciate the steps you've taken as you tried to connect your bank to QuickBooks, @sclegg. Allow me to provide you with some steps that can assist you in resolving this matter.
These are the possible reasons why your bank was unable to connect:
For us to check if this is related to the browser issue, I suggest using incognito or any other private browser to prevent any existing cached files that might be causing this behavior.
Here are some shortcut keys that will route you to a private browser:
If the issue persists, I recommend clearing your browser's cache and cookies. Also, you can use other supported web browsers that can help identify if the issue is related to your current browser.
Additionally, could you kindly share the name of your bank, and any specific error while connecting to it? Any additional information would help me look for any ongoing investigation, and provide you with the best possible solution.

Furthermore, you may also categorize your online bank transactions as you successfully connect your bank account in QuickBooks.
Your response is greatly appreciated. Please take your time to reply, and I will be waiting for your response. Stay safe.
The bank is not the problem, I have used Quickbooks with America First Credit Union for years. It simply quit working last week. I will clear cache and try again.
Clearing Cache did not help either. The error is 106, but I am able to login to the account through the credit union's website. I know the account is active. I am on a Mac Device and the shortcut for a private browser does not work.
