Is it possible to link my capital one business checking account to my QuickBooks Self Employed online account? I'd like all my checking transactions to automatically feed into my QB. When I go to "add account" in QB it says to go to my Capital One account and link the account to QB there first. There is no place within Capital One online platform to do this.

I can help you connect your account to QuickBooks, DCfoodie.
When this is your first time connecting a Capital One account, you'll be asked to log in to the bank's website. From there, link your account to QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to establish a connection in the Banking section.
If you clicked Continue and the link to your bank's website doesn't work, kindly copy the site's URL and open it separately in your browser. The supported browsers are Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
Afterward, log in to your bank account's website, link it to QBSE, go back to QBSE, and then connect Capital One again.
Once added, you can categorize them.
Please keep me posted if you're able to connect your account. I'll be right here to help you out.

Hello there, DCfoodie,
On your QuickBooks Self-Employed account, click Transactions. Then, click the Connect account button. On the Bank accounts page, type Capital One on the search box. Select Capital One to see this prompt below:
Click Continue. Enter you bank login credentials and click on Sign In. Another prompt will show, and route you back to QB Self-employed.
You should be able to connect your Capital One bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
I had the same problem. I had to log into QuickBooks Self Employed using Chrome Incognito. Then select the website address for Capital One listed at the top of the box. This will open a box for logging in to Capital One. It worked fine once I did it through Incognito. The instructions are very confusing and make it sound like you have to somehow link your Capital One accounts to Intuit from within Capital One, but that was not the case for me.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
