I also just switched to AMEX Business Checking, I was able to finally get it connected however it asks for account verification anytime I want to update transactions.  Talked to Amex and they said they are not fully compatible with QBO at this time.  How long have they been operating Business checking, two years. I said my iPhone is virtually obsolete in 2 years, that's too long to get this figured out.  When looking at their Blueprint app as well as QBO, it does not download the transactions as to what they are, simply amounts credited or debited, pulling from a CSV file does not provide any more data than their basic debit/credit listing.  So I am closing that account up until they get it sorted, this is a reconciliation nightmare and looking for something else.  I only lost the money on ordering checks through Amex.  Bummer. I really wanted Amex checking to work b/c BECU is always dropping it's connection and losing transfer/update data.  Looking for an ideal bank that integrates well w/ QBO that has good offerings for small biz.
