You can accept payments on Website Builder with Paypal and Stripe. Explore this app to reconcile your payment transactions into QBO.

Good day, dtillman-quackti.
Fiat Lux - ASIA is right that you need a connector to sync E-commerce with QuickBooks. And, you can find one through our QuickBooks App Store.
All applications from the store are already integrated with QuickBooks. Let me show you how to find a connector.
Select an app so you can review the benefits. And, if you need some help from the app, you can reach out to them using the contact details from the App information on the right side of the page.
Once everything is set up and your daily sales are in QuickBooks, all you need to do is categorize transactions. I'm adding this article as your guide through the process: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with connecting QuickBooks to a website. I'm always right here to provide the information that you need.
I am a little confused but work with me here please
Let's say I use shopify for the connecting app, it's not really guaranteed they can link me to Domain website builder or,,,, any app I select should be able too?
Thanks for getting back to us here in the Community, @dtillman-quackti. Let me share a few insights about how you can link QuickBooks Online (QBO) to the domain website builder.
When you integrate Shopify with QuickBooks, your inventory, orders, customers, and shipping are automatically updated. However, based on your clarification above, it seems that you've created your own website using Website Builder. Then, you want to link it to your QBO account.
With that being said, using Shopify for the connecting app won't link you to the domain website builder. We have a separate and dedicated forum that handles your kind of concern. This is the place where developers, like you, engage with others to discuss programming concerns. I'd suggest posting your question from there. This way, our developers can provide you with an accurate resolution to connect your website to QBO and complete your task. I'll guide you on how.
Also, you can always utilize the helpful topics (i.e., API, SDKs, and Sandbox) by going to the API Docs & Tools menu. Choose QuickBooks Online and select the one that you're interested in. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
You can always get back to us if there's anything else you need or if you have other concerns about connecting third-party applications and managing transactions in QBO. I'm always ready to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @dtillman-quackti.
You can also use the same app as I mentioned earlier.
Fiat Lux,,Thanks I am looking into your suggestion, Hope to give you feedback on outcome.
