Yes, if your customer has paid through QuickBooks and the payment confirmation says that the funds will be deposited shortly, they will typically go into your linked bank account. QuickBooks processes the payment and deposits the funds directly into the bank account you have set up within your QuickBooks account for receiving payments.

You can check the payment status and the expected deposit timeline by going to the "Sales" or "Invoices" section of your QuickBooks dashboard and looking for the relevant transaction details. It usually takes 1-5 business days for the deposit to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and the payment method used (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

  2. Select the Payments tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.
