Deposit line item limit

Has something changed in QB?  We are now only able to itemize up to 18 checks on a deposit.  Is there a way to exceed that limit?

Deposit line item limit

Hi there, @DD at Happiness F.

Being able to add more than 18 checks in a deposit would be helpful. In the meantime, make sure to combine up to 18 checks only on your real-life bank deposits. This ensures they match your records in QuickBooks. I'll make sure to relay this message to our team in concern here on my end and add your vote for this one.

You can also share your thoughts and ideas through your account. Our product development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers.

Here's how to send a request:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select Send Feedback Online, then choose Product Suggestion.
  3. It opens the QuickBooks Feedback window.
  4. Fill in the form, then click Send Feedback.

I'm also adding some articles you can read and learn about categorizing your transactions:

Has this issue been fixed? We're a non-profit and receive lots of checks (depending on time of year). Having to limit Quickbooks deposits to 18 items is problematic.

Thanks.
