Let me chime in and provide information about the deposit that is still pending in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you're new to QuickBooks Payments user, we'll deposit your funds within five business days after your first payment. Your first few deposits may take a little longer as we set up your merchant account. Once the account is set up, your payments will deposit faster, usually within two business days. You may also refer to this article: Common questions about payments deposit.
In addition, I advise contacting our QuickBooks Payment Support so they can look into your account and verify the progress of your deposits in QBO if you haven't yet received an email notification. Here's how:

Let me chime in and provide some information: That's just lame/stupid!
I use CardConnect as my merchant service and I get my money deposited the next business day - every single day - and have since the first day I used their service.
There is no good reason Intuit doesn't do the same.
