When trying to synchronize my Bank Feeds, I get a QB popup window asking for a 5 digit pin.
I have never heard about a pin needed for Bank Feed Sync and don't know what it is or where I can get one.
How can I get past this issue or where can I find the pin number if I have one?

Let's make sure you can connect your bank into QuickBooks Desktop.
It's possible that your bank requires an extra layer of security that does not allow QuickBooks Desktop to automatically download banking transactions. In some cases, your bank login credentials contain an ever-changing code that's required to access the account and only you can get the code.
You'll want to contact your financial institution and ask on how to obtain the 5 digit PIN.
Here's an article about Direct Connect that may come handy: Download Bank Feed transactions.
That information should get you on the right track. Please reach out to me if there is anything else I can help you with. I'll always be here to assist you. Have a good day.
BB&T Online says they do not have a pin for Direct connect. However, Quickbooks states they require 5 pins. Quickbook update pin will not let you update with old 4 digit pin.
