I want to ensure this will be taken care of, @rickslms.

May I know additional details of your concern? Any information is a great help so I can provide you with a timely solution. Meanwhile, we can first check your subscription rates and charges in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to verify the description of the fees. Here's how:

  1. In your QBO account, go to the Gear icon.
  2. Next, select Account and settings.
  3. Then, click the Billing & subscription section.

You can also check where the fees are coming from by reviewing the description on your bank/credit card statement. For more information, feel free to check this article: How to understand your subscription rates and charges.

Additionally, if you're using QuickBooks Payments, you can refer to this article to know more about fees each time you process transactions: What are the fees for QuickBooks Payments?.

Also, if there are any fees you need to clarify, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you with details of your inquiry.

In case you want to update your billing information for QBO, you can open this link for the detailed steps: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

Drop a comment below if you have any concerns about QBO charges and fees. I'm just around the corner to further help you. Have a good one.

Yes, quickbooks steals money in fees. They have been taking way more than the agreed upon amount. When I call the agent says they cannot help. Unreal how unethical this is!

If you are running a B2B company, you can utilize a 3rd party processor to accept payments for free.
