Chase updated it's website and all the feeds broke. They broke in qbo and in hubdoc. I have had to disconnect everything Chase and reconnect. You may want to disconnect, download a qbo file with the specific dates you need and import that and then reconnect it. That is what I had to do with all my clients on Chase (which is my preferred bank). Note as well, that if you have chase checking and chase cc, you will need to disconnect all before reconnecting to the new style connection.

Thank you for the reply. I disconnected all chase accounts and then reconnected. After reconnecting, I only got a handful of charges from January and 1-2 for months prior. For some reason it won't load all of the credit card charges.
You can use a certain file to download those transactions, jblumenthal.
QuickBooks Online lets you upload 90 days' worth of bank transactions. You can use Web Connect files to get the older ones imported into the program. To do this, just get the bank data from your bank using the supported file types, download it to Excel, and then upload it into QBO.
