Welcome to the Community space, harryedwards-roc.

Did you encounter any difficulty in connecting your Fidelity credit card account? Any information can help me provide the best solution to solving your problem.

There aren't any restrictions on linking Fidelity's credit card account to QuickBooks Self-Employed. However, some banks require additional security measures before allowing you to connect your account. If this happens, you'll need to reach out to your financial institution for further assistance.

The majority of Fidelity accounts are checking accounts. I recommend contacting them as well to ensure the account type for yours. I'll share the steps to connect your credit card account.

Here's how:

  1. Select the Profile icon, then select Bank accounts.
  2. In the search box, enter the name or URL of your bank. Then click Continue. If you've already connected an account before, choose Connect another.
  3. Enter the sign-in info you use for your bank's website.
  4. When you’re ready, hit Connect securely.

The software automatically downloads transactions once you successfully connect your bank or credit card account. After that, all you have to do is to approve them. Check out this article for more insights: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Let me know if you need further assistance with connecting your Fidelity credit card account. I'll be here to help you.
