Does the American Express Delegate no longer works for mulitple cards? I have wasted so much time with both Intuit and American Express on this issue.
I recognize how time-consuming it is to connect in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). I'm here to help ensure that your American Express Delegate accounts are connected accurately.
The connectivity and functionality depend entirely on how American Express has established the integrations with QBDT.
Currently, we don't have official updates regarding American Express Delegate no longer working for multiple cards in QBDT. However, I recommend reaching out to your bank or keeping an eye out for any official updates or changes from American Express regarding their integrations with QBDT.
For more details on how to download transactions for American Express Delegate accounts, see this article: Download American Express Delegate accounts in QuickBooks Desktop.
If your connection with the bank is functioning properly, I strongly suggest reviewing this article for troubleshooting steps: OLSU Bank Feeds errors in QuickBooks Desktop.

I've been having this exact same issue for several months (AGAIN, after changing the configuration multiple times in the past because every time we get it resolved, either Intuit or American Express keep changing how the integration works and everything goes haywire again; it has been a recurring problem for SEVERAL YEARS).
There are numerous threads about this yet nobody at Intuit has any answers. My AMEX delegate login shows me all transactions in the account (primary cardholder plus secondary cardholders) yet only the primary cardholder's transactions are importing now. Yet the "account balance" in QB is pulling the balance comprised of all cardholders. So the balances of the secondary cardholders are included but not the actual transactions. We've had to manually import the secondary cardholder transactions each month. And once again I've wasted several days on the phone with both AMEX and Intuit, who just continue to play dumb as if this is the first time this issue has been brought up, when really it's affecting thousands of customers.
I've posted questions, suggestions, and feedback in as many places as possible as have many others, so WILL YOU PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO FIX THIS ISSUE?? WORK WITH AMEX IF YOU NEED TO INSTEAD OF JUST BLAMING THEM AND THROWING UP YOUR HANDS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I'M SOOOOO TIRED OF IT!!!!!
