Does anyone else have the error and solution to connecting a co-op bank when it doesn't allow you to connect because it says the bank has not given you access to connect to them through open banking?
It says to speak to the bank but they tell me to speak with QuickBooks to set up the link correctly. Neither company being really helpful on this one but it does only happen with one of my co-operative online bank accounts. The other one, with different login information, displays all accounts to allow me to choose what I want to set up/and share with the third party through Open Banking. It appears that it is isolated to this one set of online banking credentials but Co-Op Business Banking team say there are no other settings or privileges that they can give me access to.
So confused so any help would be appreciated...

Hi mate! Yeah I did. As you can imagine, it’s CO-OP! They are all rubbish but you need to speak with someone with brains… they will have set your account up incorrect.
