Fidelity - Error 590

Hi, kim. I understand how challenging this can be. 

Upon checking, it seems you posted twice in the Community forum about connectivity issues between Fidelity Bank and QuickBooks Online, which my colleague ShyMae already answered.

Qb just sent me an email that this is our fault and we need to check our Fidelity login, check to make sure our accounts are active, and to acknowledge their terms and conditions. Don't you think we've all checked this a dozen times? I've already sent snapshots from Fidelity that everything is ok and they've given approval to release information. FIX THIS PROBLEM. Please.
