Flagstar Treasury Access - Is Anyone able to use Web Connect or Direct Connect with this new portal??
Support at QB as well as Support at Flagstar are Not Helping resolve our issue.
Error kicked back by QB is as follows: Quickbooks was not able to complete your request. please contact your financial institution. Went around and around with Tech Support at QB on this - they concluded others would surely have issues, but so far nobody is resolving anything.

After doing some research on your issue, I do see some reported issues within QuickBooks Online. It's likely that the root cause of that issue is also what is causing issues within your QuickBooks Desktop for Mac version. Our Engineering Team is currently working with Flagstar Bank to resolve these issues as soon as possible. I recommend letting our Customer Support Team add you to the list of affected users so that you can receive email updates on when the issue will be resolved. I spent some time (1:05 min) trying to do this, and perhaps it happened... but I'm not sure if I'll get updates to that overall existing case of just the case of them and I talking today. I appreciate you giving me hope that there are people looking at this issue. it's been difficult to move forward on this one.

Just received technical help from Flagstar that understood QB well enough to say they are not supporting Direct Connect. Web Connect only. which is working well for us. Thanks to all for assisting.
